"Great location n staff"

"The hotel was extremely clean and very inviting. The room was very spacious and very clean, the outlet didn't work in the bathroom so unfortunately couldn't use the hairdryer but that was minor. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Didn't use the pool area but it looked nice. The bar area was very nice and welcoming. We would definitely stay again. Hopefully the road construction on the main road isn't going on too much longer, made accessibility a slight issue"

"We chose to stay at this hotel as it was near Wisconsin Rapids, where our children were participating in a baseball tournament. Melissa greeted us and got us promptly checked into our rooms. After settling in, we asked about on-site laundry services so that we could wash the very dirty white baseball pants. Although there were no guest laundry services, Melissa offered to throw our white baseball pants in the industrial washer as she was needing to wash towels and didn't have a full load. We were thrilled and proceeded to the pool, where she brought the VERY clean pants to us a short while later."
