"Easily one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Extremely clean, well maintained property and in a quiet location. Our room had 2 very comfortable king beds, each separated by the large well appointed full bathroom. Each bed had its own flat panel tv mounted on the wall. Breakfast was the typical Holiday Inn Express fare which is tasty. We will be booking this hotel EVERY time we visit the Saint Croix Falls / Taylor’s Falls area. A true 10 out of 10 in our book."

"Great place for a lake getaway. It had a great up-north cabin like vibes, being close to the cities at the same time. The place had everything we needed for a nice and relaxing stay: beautiful views of the lake, kayak/canoe to venture out on the water, and a hot tub. The lake had plenty of fish to fish right off the dock, just grab your own fishing gear. Also, we liked that the location was walking distance from downtown Lindstrom that offered public beach, shopping, and dining. The place was clean and communication with the host was easy."

"The property was exactly as advertised. Brand new and one of the best thought out and planned vacation rentals we have stayed at. Everything was very modern, including the appliances and Wi-Fi, but it still had somewhat of a rustic country charm with the ship plank design and self done woodworking. The beds and linen were top-notch and very comfortable. There were electrical outlets where you wanted them and tables and nightstands where you would want them as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities. There are toys for toddlers and babies. The location is perfect toward the back of the property up on the hill overlooking a beautiful verdant green pasture. No worries about running out of a hot water because of the tankless water heater. The information binder in the rental was very detailed and listed eateries close by to including the Lindstrom bakery and the German meat market across the street in the nearby town of Lindstrom .Ann and Russ are great hosts and very responsive.I would highly recommend staying here if your travel plans include this area. The value and cleanliness and ease of the process was all top notch. You won’t be disappointed.."

"Although it was extreme heat outside it was nice and cool inside. Cozy and comfortable with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, loved our stay. The pedal pontoon was so fun for our grandson to fish in the lake. Beautiful view, quiet."
