"Service was 5 STAR! This is an “old school hotel” which puts great emphasis on keeping it facilities, beautiful and well-maintained, and the service of the staff is top-notch. Annie at the front desk went above and beyond the call, helping us with arrangements and transportation. We highly, highly recommend this hotel."

"Pros: Clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet. Breakfast was quite good, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Cons: A bit too far from the city centre with not much around in terms of restaurants, etc.. Approximately a 30-35 minute walk into town from the property, or a 15 minute bus or taxi ride. Continental breakfast not included unless you add it to your room rate for an extra cost. Wifi was shoddy and didn’t connect half the time."

"The standard double room was small but well appointed for a 2-night stay. Hotel is really nicely done with a lovely bar/lobby area and a really nice 'rooftop' bar restaurant with views over the city. We had drinks at both bars and they had nice alcohol free cocktail and wine options which this pregnant lady appreciated. Didn't eat there. It's in the business district so not the buzziest part of town but that means it's nice and quiet and only a short walk into the town centre for bars and restaurants. Also convenient for the Marina Market food hall. Handily located for the train/bus station if travelling from the airport on public transport and taking a day trip to Cobh, Hertz car rental is also on the doorstep which was great for us as we then spent 2 days driving along the west coast and back."
