"Very pleasant experience checking in. Very friendly, helpful reception staff. We booked a standard twin room which was immaculately clean. Beds very comfortable and loved the walk in shower. We booked breakfast and it was amazing. Reception even booked parking for us as the hotel parking was full. Cant fault this hotel. Would definitely stay again if we ever need to stay over in Leicester. "

"Great location for ease of access to attending a festival. Malik at the Market Kitchen made the morning for breakfast very enjoyable. He was very friendly and guided my son through the use of the pancake machine whilst I picked my breakfast items. "

"A huge soulless property that feel like an airport hotel. With the exception of the public areas, nothing appears to have changed since the early noughties. The rooms, though faded, are comfortable and clean. Breakfast scraped by but could be better quality. I wouldn’t return."
