"Unfortunately i cant give a high rate to the owner and the expedia, in the listing it was mentioning that the property has laundry, but we realised later that there is common shared washing machine in -1 floor that works with clins only, for someone coming from other europe and not having swiss franc coins ut was hard to get coins to make the machine working, we troed to contact the owner they said they will bring coins and detegent never happened expedia didnt realyy help as well "

"Check in was self service and difficult- 2 rooms with one email not allowed even though they took a payment from me. No air conditioning, door to outside alley not safe to leave open to sleep. Could smell smoke from smoking guests. On small fan after 3 calls. Left in 2 hours and refusing to refund our additional 3 nights, 2 rooms. Still working to settle this"

"Sauna advertising misleading, there was only limited sauna availability and it was needed to book unlike normal hotel where you just go to sauna on its opening hours. Having sauna was the only reason to book the locale. There is no staff support in evening, no way to contact a person in case of issues. Check in purely electronic which again is not informed before doing the hotel booking. Advice to avoid the place, there are better services available "

"Do NOT stay at VISIONAPARTMENTS in Zurich!! It smells really bad inside, loud creaky floors, no elevator, no A/C, no safety latches on main door. This apartment is immediately above 2 restaurants, and the smell and stench of fried food, etc. is super strong inside the apartment. The smell is TERRIBLE and left a smell over everything we had, even inside our suitcases...it was difficult to even sleep the smell kept us awake. The floors in the bedroom/main area are creaky and very loud. There...
