"Very good location with access to the subway on your doorstep. Lots of shops nearby. The hotel does feel like its long overdue a refurbishment. Some of the wiring in the room and bathroom looked a bit dodgy for a hotel in an EU capital city. "Staff at the reception desk are very pleasant and efficient and handled my requests promptly without any delay. My only disappointment is that they did not provide shower cap, pen and paper pad which I believe are standard provisions in a hotel. "
