"Room was basic and not clean. We were told WiFi was available, it wasn’t. We booked and paid extra for a business room, we were given a standard room and refund was refused by the hotel. Not a bad location for getting to cologne city centre."

"Staying at the hotel was challenging because I didn’t fully understand how things worked. Reception was not 24 hours so that made it challenging and when I did talk to someone at the front desk. He talked down to me and said “read, read everything its’s in the hotel on a qr code!!” The qr code was really tiny and when I put my bag on the table, I didn’t even see it until after he talked to me and I went searching for it. Also the tv never worked. And the water in the shower turned iced cold and reception was closed. "

"There were a few bugs in the bathroom. I think silverfish? Also a centipede like bug. Shower is awkward. The doors close oddly and water leaked everywhere. Also, no shelves etc in shower for products. Close to a main train line. "
