"We stayed in the Old Bank House for our son’s wedding weekend. It was fabulous, a cottage with character but with all modern facilities and wonderful accommodation and garden. Located in Beaulieu , a short walk to the pub that serves great food. Communication with the owner was excellent too. A bottle of Prosecco and a carrot cake waiting for us on arrival was the icing of the cake!"

"Sea Cottage is an attractive, well appointed two bedroomed cottage conveniently situated in Lymington. The road is quiet wirh plenty of parking. The house is small but is well appointed and equipped. The stairs are steep but there is support from two handrails, one wooden, one rope. It has a patio area to the rear, which could be improved by newer furniture, a tidy up and some weeding."

The location was ideal for us and we used it as a base for trips to hurst castle, IOW etc. We had a small issue with the heating which Emma was able to resolve almost immediately without any fuss. The outside space is lovely but could do with some maintenance and there wasn’t enough comfortable seating for us all to sit outside easily.
