From the moment I opened the door and saw the lights dim and heard jazz palying softly I knew I picked the right palce for my stay. 10/10 would recomend, great spot!

We really liked the vibe of this place. Located above a garage in a beautiful neighborhood of old homes. Maybe this was where the help lived back in the day? Leans into the wood paneled, masculine feel. Decorated with interesting vintage memorabilia. Cozy and comfortable. Close to downtown and lots of great restaurants.

This property was beautifully decorated and was fully stocked on necessities! I stayed just one night but it was by far my favorite rental yet! I definitely recommend staying here and will be returning in the future.

Such a wonderful neighborhood! Gorgeous homes lining the streets. This is a back house above the garage and it's so stinkin' cute. I felt warm with the wall heating unit and floor heater, despite it being frigid outside!! The owner was so nice to salt the steps and even scrape my car windows! 5 stars!!

The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The studio has everything you didn’t know you needed. The manager is close and responds very fast. I will always look at this location for availability when I come back to Wichita. I also found an adorable coffee shop near by. This was my first time renting a private property and I was not disappointed.

Owner went out of his way to be sure we had a place to stay after the reservation was double booked. We were set up at another location and every details handled. The alternate location was great, well taken care of, fantastic extra, A++ host. We will be back on out trips to Wichita. Quiet dead-end street with a very peaceful feel. Some great bathroom art!! Lol
