The room was clean and no bugs that we saw. There is a microwave & frig!! Cost was great thru Expedia! Staff, was hard to understand, not much English. They don't open the door past 10pm. No coffee or cups in the room. But they have queen beds and we love that! They are next to a meat packing place, so outside air stinks at times. But we're not outside very much. The AC was great!! Kept us cool the whole time. And they make the beds & take trash everyday, with out us having to ask. Overall pretty good. We'll stay there again.

The property had no signage which made it feel a little sketchy. The address given came up as invalid on Google Maps. We stopped at the local Casey’s to inquire where the motel was & they didn’t know that the motel existed, as the address was a Steakhouse that had been closed down and the motel was located on the back side. It did say ‘Motel Office’ but that also looked old. Clean & beds were comfortable no coffee.

The property is an older property, but they’ve kept it fairly well up. It is simple has clean linens the facilities, clean and moderately kept don’t expect other manatees such as ice or coffee in the office but for the rate it is exceptional.

Good value for the money

Although the outside of the hotel looks a little run down, and fixtures were not new, the room was nice and large, and everything was very clean. There was plentiful hot water in the shower. It was a nice quiet place to stay and the owners were happy to help. We will definetly stay here again. Also, there is a wonderful 50's style diner across the street where you can get a wonderful breakfast.

A Surprisingly Nice Stay And Great Value

The other reviews about the sketchy area, nearby packing company, abandoned appearance, lack of amenities and dated furnishings are accurate. No breakfast was offered. However, room was clean and fresh, renovated and comfortable. It was a good value and we would stay again.
