"Ok stay. Room shower hopeless, no spray just dribble. Comfortable bed.Breakfast was good but staff slow to replenish everything, staff clearly lacked training. No HP sauce."

"This is the second time we’ve stayed here and this time was just as good as the first! It’s very dog friendly, our room was spacious and clean and the staff (and guests!) were all really friendly. We ate in the bar one evening. I’m a pescatarian and I had the Nourish Salad Bowl with crispy smoked tofu. I’m not always the keenest on tofu however this meal was absolutely delicious! My partner had the Sausage and Fennel Ragu and he loved that too. Looking forward to our next visit already! "

"Would certainly stay here again. Location was very convenient, just off the M5, and we had a quiet, clean and comfortable room, equipped with all we needed. Breakfast was adequate for the very reasonable price we paid."

"This is a fantastic hotel, really helpful and friendly staff. Our room was huge with comfortable beds, the room was very clean and had black out curtains. No mini fridge in the room which would have been nice. The restaurant and bar are gorgeous rooms, lovely decor throughout the hotel. The grounds are a nice place for a stroll. Brrakfast was fantastic, lots of choice. I would stay here again."

"I was not sure about this hotel given the reviews but I was very happy with my stay. Maybe there has been a lot of improvements from past reviews? We had an executive room, we were just passing through but the room was great, bathroom clean if basic but a massive room and a massive tv which we never got to use. Not sure what else you could want for the price. We didn’t do breakfast but the lobby and food area looked really good. Car park and exterior doesn’t do it justice but happy we chose it for our splash and dash. I used the pool with my boy which was a nice way to start the day. "
