"I was looking forward to staying in this property. All details were confirmed with the host prior to arrival. Once I requested the check-in information, I was told that the location was already being used. The host cancelled my stay at check-in and I was left without a place to stay in a country that I don’t live in. I was very disappointed with the host’s communication during this process. Thankfully, VRBO was great with getting a hotel for us."

"Stay was double booked. When we arrived, there were already people there and those people had already made a mess of the place. Owner offered to kick those people out, but we didn’t feel like staying in a dirty place so we left. Owner said that she would give me a full refund, but VRBO fought me me on it and I have received less than half of my money back for a place I didn’t even get to stay in. I messaged the owner and vrbo repeatedly most recently a week ago and no response. Be very cautious...

"There is no nameplate with the name of the property outside. No ensuite washing facilities. No tv. No provision of tea or coffee. Never intend to stay there again "

"We were very comfortable in the house. It met our needs. Nice and quiet. The local market was a 60 second walk and was open until 10 pm. Other shoot and food restaurants were also close by. The bus and rail station was a 5 minute walk away."
