"This is a lovely spot to be within a courtyard setting. The surrounding gardens are gorgeous and the owners take care to keep them that way. Would have liked to given full marks across the board but feel can't quite do that because some of the interior decor could do with refreshing. The carpet in the dining area is particularly old fashioned. However, all electrical equipment was up to date and having a washing machine and dryer much appreciated. "The apartment itself is absolutely amazing, everything you need & so clean. The view over the Marina is lovely & plenty of green space for a dog to run !! However...the back alley shared entrance isn't mentioned & the alley is quite dark at night especially if you were returning on your own. "a reasonable property that is very well located for all amenities in this lovely town. the couch was a little low to the ground for us as we have problems with our knees ( old age catching up ) and carrying the luggage up the stairs made me breathless ( my fault as I should have checked this before booking ), but the flat was comfortable and we had an excellent time. "This property is just as described. It has great views over the birding sanctuary. While it is a bit out of town, it is close enough to explore this coast easily and have a quiet place to relax in between excursions. There is a lift to the first floor where the apartment is and there are stairs inside the apartment to the living and kitchen area. The small bathroom has a shower and the larger bathroom has a tub. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others."
