Competition is tough so finding the right place can be like rolling the dice. Lindley's Little Gem exceeded my expectations! Cleanliness is very important to me. I'd give this a 10 out of 10! Although this is a small one-bedroom, one-bath older home (cottage), it has a large bathroom with a deep soaking tub, big walk-in shower, good thick towels...

"The house was very comfortable and inviting. Location was ideal for enjoying the River Walk and all the bronze sculptures. Easy access to Magnolia. Great backyard with grill and fire pit! The neighborhood is being restored. Highly recommend this home."

"We fell in love with this property from the moment we opened the doors. It was perfect for our family. We were supposed to go fishing, but mother nature reared her head and it rained. The lodge was amazing with so much space and areas to relax. There was room for all of us to play games together or break off for pool, shuffle board or ping pong. The covered areas outside were a real blessing with the rain we had. We will definitely be returning, and hopefully for longer than a weekend!"

"We enjoyed this spacious house in prime location to our event we attended in Waco. All of the well-sized bedrooms have their own full bathroom. Their is ample space in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and serve, just bring your food and drinks! The large outdoor area in the back has seating, a deck and plenty of play space! We loved the gated back parking area. The hosts are very availabile and respond quickly. Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"I rented this property to meet up with my brother and his wife for just an overnight stay. When we arrived we could not find a place named Sunflower Inn and the one place we did find was called Esperanza Inn and there were already guests staying there. Upon talking to the owner he informed us that his unit somehow got overbooked and there was nowhere for us to stay. We immediately asked for a refund and he assured us we would be fully refunded, We waited the rest of that day to see a refund, but...

Absolutely loved the property and everyone staying was thinking about renting for future family get aways - The positives - Great kitchen, open spaces, never felt crowded - Nice backyard with pool and view. "Two moms driving in from Central Texas for a campus tour of Baylor. We had a fantastic time. We played games and roasted s’mores by the fire. If our daughters choose the university, we will definitely be regulars at this house. Beds also very comfortable however, the sound of cars outside had me using my White Noise maker on my phone."
