"Very simple hotel just off the beaten path at a reasonable price. Certainly an older property that was renovated to more of today’s amenities…but you still realize there were limits to what they could do…but we liked it."

"We only stayed one night but we enjoyed it! Comfortable beds, excellent buffet breakfast. Everything was clean, and the staff were friendly! The only thing I wish they had was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but still five stars"

"the front desk staff were extremely friendly, the shuttle guys were nice and prompt.Some of the kitchen staff were a bit rude with staring at you and chatting in their language so you didn't know what they were saying. The building it self needs help. the bathrooms were mostly clean but we had a piece that was cut out of the roof and put back in a poor fashion. there was mold all around it and looked like it was falling out in one spot. I was able to sleep on their beds...could have been from exhaustion, not too sure. "cable" was poor quality. It was like watching antenna t.v in the 80's. We were just there to sleep, so it worked well for us. If we could take the staff and plop them in a nicer building it would have been FANTASTIC. They definitely made the visit there better. Getting into the parking lot is weird. It's a bit far from downtown Boston, and an Uber or taxi to get to the train station is safer."

"We stayed for one night and had a generally pleasant experience, thanks in large part to the staff. The team member who greeted us at check‑in was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which set a positive tone for our stay. That said, the hotel itself shows its age. The hallway and our room felt dated, with worn carpeting that appeared tired and almost dirty. The room’s design and furniture also looked noticeably aged and in need of refresh. Breakfast the next morning was a highlight. The staff preparing and serving the meal did an excellent job, and the food was surprisingly tasty. Overall, the service was great, but the property would benefit from some updates to match the quality of the staff."
