"The Imperial Hotel is a lovely place to stay in Tenby. The location is excellent, the staff are welcoming and helpful and the hotel has a warm and comfortable atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the kindness and professionalism shown by management and staff during my stay. Any issue I had was dealt with thoughtfully and efficiently, which made a real difference. I would happily stay here again and would recommend the Imperial to anyone wanting a memorable stay with exceptional hospitality in one of Tenby's most beautifully situated hotels. A. Taggart :)"

"We had a suite overlooking the sea which was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of milk to have with your tea/coffee. We would definitely stay there again. Only negative was not having a safe."
