"Our experience started off well with a cozy basement apartment and friendly hosts. However, mold issues cut our trip short. Despite the welcoming atmosphere, the heavy mold smell in the rooms affected our health, forcing us to leave early. Additionally, damp carpet flooring and gnats in the bathroom added to the discomfort. We also encountered spiders and water bugs, and found the sheets to be itchy. It seems like the space isn't adequately maintained, leaving guests to deal with these issues....

"Despite the AC issues, the customer service was great with the property manager. Everything else was just okay. It was pretty quiet and outside of the ATL traffic, but you could hear the owners upstairs. Bed was adequate, bathroom was clean, and pool table rolled pretty straight. No real fridge/freezer, so hard to eat in."

"Check in was at 3 we arrived and had to wait for the host to text us the code after trying for hrs to get in contact with her. Once we got inside there were visible stains on the walls and rugs, the back porch had a whole mattress and box spring and old trash blocking the back door, dirty laundry was left in the laundry room, a vape and socks were under the bed, and if the icing on the cake was when a whole different group showed up trying to get access because our lovely hostess double booked...
