"This is a no-frills business style hotel that is just about 10 minutes from the airport. If that's what you need, then this gets the job done. The dude at check in was not very friendly, and he doesn't look people in the eye, and acts very much like he doesn't want to have to do his job, but "it is what it is," and it doesn't affect the value of the room. You just wish that CUSTOMER SERVICE and the way people treat customers in America in general, were like it used to be years ago. You just can't find people who know how to treat people anymore, it seems. Oh well. Anyhow, if you want an affordable hotel that's fairly clean (the lobby smelled like farts and our room had a mildew smell), then this is suitable."

"The apartment was very nice and clean. Check in and check out were both super easy and the property provides thorough instructions for both. It’s a little pricey for what it is but honestly was worth it as you’re close to everything downtown and broadway is only a 15 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Room & site beautiful. Spa nice. No adult pool. Indoor pool shower didn't work. Outdoor pool had trash by hot tub that was not picked up over the 4 hours I was there. Kids under 12 were there unsupervised. Only 1 sitdown restaurant available for bfast. No reservations. Wait time 60 min. Long lines at all pick up and go places. Restroom on main floor malfunctioned. Bellman & staff great but they need more people."
