"My family and I had an amazing time, Tim is an amazing host, everything is clean and has a great home away from home feel. Love all the trees around and fire pits, close to shopping and restaurants but far enough away that u feel like u are somewhere else. I would recommend this home to anyone that has a family and pet, the house is all fenced and porch is amazing to hang out on. Great escape"

"Was beyond our expectations, everyone had their own personal space, the deck was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Kamie the hostess was excellent very responsive and caring about our stay. The cabin was clean and spacious, the kitchen was huge and stocked. Thank you Kamie for a wonderful stay."

"This cabin was very clean and functional as advertised. Many amenities we didn't even use. Wi-Fi was excellent and enough to cover the TV and our devices we used while we were there with no issues. We couldn't have asked for better weather and enjoyed the spacious outside deck(s) listening to the breeze in the trees. Neighboring properties were a little closer than expected from the available pictures, however our stay was very peaceful and enjoyable.Dollar for dollar, this is one of the best we have stayed in. We will definitely consider this cabin should we return to Pinetop."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We rented this beautiful home to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday with a group of 10, and it was the perfect place for our family to gather and celebrate. The house was spacious, comfortable, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed.Alex was an exceptional host—responsive, kind, and incredibly easy to communicate with from start to finish. You could tell that a lot of thought and care went into making the home welcoming and comfortable for guests.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone. Everyone in our group loved the house, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"My first time renting vrbo. The place was great as described.I was a little tweaked by the ring cameras especially on deck. Front door I understood. I did not want to spend time on deck because of camera.It was also a little disconcerting to fine an Alexa on top of frig.All that said if this is normal vrbo that’s fine. I do not and would not want to deter anyone from staying here!! The place is great"
