All staff were excellent, even the lady that cleans the room asked if there was anything more she could do. overhaul a really great Hotel in the Heart of Wellington city. "Fantastic place to stay, great location, great feel to the place. The lift is slow and there was only 1 accessing our part of the hotel, but this wasn’t the end of the world. I did choose to take the stairs down from 6th floor one day as the lift was being held on another floor, but it wasn’t bad at all. One thing that really frustrates me is having light switches on the outside of the bathroom, so you get up in the night while others are asleep in the room and have to use cell phone torch to light the bathroom or you’ll wake everyone up with the light from the bathroom before you shut the door. They are not alone in this, but it is a crazy feature, that would be worth the cost to alter. "
