The floor carpet has a stale stink and needs up gradation. The washroom drains are very slow (almost clogged) and the toiletries are quite basic. No one to receive you for check-in, despite informing in advance. Spent an hour at late night time finding the property, which was an apartment room at the extreme end inside a large housing complex. Was a struggle. Then had to deal for an hour with an young maid who spoke only Kannada and didn't understand...
