"I booked into the Presidential suite for 3 nights but stayed for 1 (23 June). Not even close to 5 star. The room door did not lock from the outside, the bathroom tap had a leak and when I tried to close the bathroom door it did not close fully, the TV remote from the room next door was controlling my TV so I could not relax and watch TV, the bed was very noisy and you could also clearly hear the conversations and TV from the room next door. "Our stay was disappointing. For R800 I could have gotten a different place with Wifi and better facilities but I thought I was paying for a Bed and Breakfast. The rooms are poorly built. The room we were initially given could have been any back room, the finishings were poor and the shower was nit working.
