"We’ve stayed at this property many times and it’s always been decent. This time was bad. First room assigned had the awful smell of stinky feet and wet dog…odor hit us the minute we walked in the door. Next room assigned…AC did not work properly, bathtub faucet literally ran, not dripped, the entire time, no toilet paper anywhere, no coffee for machine, and the list goes on and on! We will not return "

"Refrigerator truck parked outside our room. Running until after 1.30am after we called front desk. We had to leave early so had no sleep. When we were leaving a dog was loose in the corridor and peed up the wall. Very very disappointed. Guy on front desk was pleasant but couldn’t speak much English and we couldn’t speak Spanish so wasn’t able to communicate properly. "
