"We stayed for two nights while we visited Dollywood. The location was great and the apartment was perfect. We were surprised when we pulled up to the apartment as it looked very small from the outside. Upon walking in, we realized that we were only seeing the first floor! The only two things that we noticed that needed to be added: bathmats on the floor in each of the bathrooms and a few more towel hooks in the bathrooms to hang up towels after a shower!"

"No frills but cozy. Cute place to stay for a night layover. The location was a little tricky, the driveway is shared to the right of a commercial building and hard to find in the dark. But now that you know, well you won’t have any issues. Bill the neighbor is a great guy too!"

"Our stay at sunset shores was nothing short of amazing! The rental had everything you could possibly need. The couch bed was prob extremely comfortable and I’m even healing from injuries and slept great! We cooked out on the grill which was nice and set out by the fire place before bed. "When the listing mentions 4WD for your car - they mean it!! You are truly away from civilization here, which made it a fantastic getaway for us and our dogs. The space is more than adequate for us, and great outdoor area."

"The property was very quiet and peaceful. The only issues we noticed were that the coffee pot was FILTHY. We had to run 4 pots of water to get it clean of the grime and when we wiped it down it was awful. The hot water for the shower was GONE WITHIN 10 minutes. Other than those things, we thoroughly enjoyed the property and the owners were very nice as well."

"Absolutely perfect stay with lots of local towns within a short drive. Asheville North Carolina just 1.5 hours, Pidgeon Forge short trip. Absolutely beautiful views outside and inside the apartment. The workmanship and authenticity is something to see. Great communication with host. Felt right at home. The town of Dandridge is within 10 minutes or so away along with Douglas Lake views. The walking path around the farm is so nicely done and relaxing. Highly recommended to families or a weekend...

"The location was great. The house was very nice. That said there were some issues. Ice melting and a puddle on the floor from the freezer door not shut when we arrived. A bed rail that was not attached at all. We had to go the store to get tools and parts to fix. Owners wouldn’t send anyone out to fix. There is not a single closet or space to hang up any clothes. Otherwise it was a nice place. Not sure I would book again though."
