"We loved staying here! The room was spacious and clean. The location made it easy to get to all the places we went to in Franconia and Conway. We were able to walk to town an even saw a black bear crossing the road! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We liked the quiet ambient music. The lighting in the room was bright, making for easy reading."

"Very nice stay in beautiful area. Just a few minutes from a great hike in Flume Gorge. Staff was nice, room was clean and spacious. Decent breakfast. Adjoining restaurant is clearly popular with locals as well and, while not fancy, was everything we needed after a day of driving and hiking. All at a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay again."

"It is a statement for those of us who love being in the valleys alongside the mountains and the streams and the notches, covered bridges, babbling streams all of the nature trails. "

" Staff was friendly & easy to deal with. Room was tidy with nice view of the mountainside & pool. shower was nice & hot. We had a couple drinks at the restaurant/bar & they stayed open a little after closing to accommodate guests that wanted a quick cocktail. Only got to stay one night for our anniversary but I'm the future we'll definitely bring the kids for an extended stay."

"My 2 nights were fabulous, apart from the fire alarm going off at 1:15 AM - it’s a wooden structure folk, don’t try to have a sneaky smoke without anyone noticing! No-one wants to be standing in the parking lot in the middle of the night but apparently my experience is not that unusual. However, if your room is the presidential wing you should not have to evacuate. The hotel has a cruise ship vibe in terms of service and luxury. Very enjoyable."
