"We were passing through and only spent a night. The hotel is in a good location, close to many parks and trails. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional. Overall, the property could use some refreshing."

"The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was typical for hotel buffets. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The indoor pool was a bit cool We enjoyed the hot tub. The bed could have been more comfortable. Overall I feel the room needs to be updated. The paint was dark and gloomy. The furniture was outdated and the carpeting was dark and outdated."

"The property is beautiful. It is well situated in Lincoln, close to many activities, great restaurants, and beautiful forests. There is so much to do and see. We could have used 5 more days. This resort is first class! This area of New Hampshire is breath taking. We had a wonderful time. We plan to return."

"InnSeason Pollard Brook is our favorite place to stay in NH. The condos are clean and well stocked with bedding, towels and kitchen stuff. The location is amazing - super close to so many fun things like hiking trails, the Pemi River, Clark’s Bears, Whale’s Tail water park, Loon, etc and not too far from Story Land (about 45 min). My kids absolutely love the indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs."
