"This suite was very clean and roomy in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. Phyllis was flexible with check in and made the check in/out process incredibly easy. There is a full kitchen that is well-stocked with dishes and extra appliances. It has a beautiful backyard and patio backing on to green space. The owners live in the house, but the entrance to the suite is completely private. We heard minimal noise a couple times from them upstairs during our stay. "

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and highly professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor drawback for us was the mattress, which was softer than we personally prefer. However, that’s purely a matter of individual taste—the mattress itself was in excellent condition. Overall, a very positive experience and great value."
