"Some damage noted. Main house down stairs bathroom door damaged on the inside. Damage to wall in the guest house. Infestation if lady bugs in one of the bedrooms upstairs in the guest house. In suite bathroom in main house was not clean. The stove in the main house was in very scarred and not clean. Sever areas of concern for safety reasons.
