"Neat place. Feels like a boutique hotel. Beautiful grounds. Nice pool and hot tub area surrounded by garden koi pond and flowers. Room was super nice, great bed and delicious homemade breakfast with scones and apple crisp. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing is you have to be ok with the smell of sulfur since water comes from underground springs. "

The rooms included every amenity one could think of and several I could not have thought of. The hotel preserved a great deal of the history of the house, even things like a stereopticon with hundred-year-old pictures of the house. "Rose Ann and Duane were wonderful. They are great people and were very accomodating to my late schedule. Rose Ann was very gracious in getting up at whatever time i needed to cook me breakfast. The little dogs Karina and Luca were a pleasure, always happy and excited to see you. The room was great, comfortable and clean. And the property was nice to walk around. I am looking forward to my next stay. Wonderful people."

"I initially did not read the listing and didn't realize this was a room in a home. I was very apprehensive as I have never shared a space like this before. Nadine welcomed me so warmly and made me feel comfortable in a matter of minutes. She is such a kind and gracious host! The property is stunning, the room was so comfortable and the bed was amazing! I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back! Thank you to Nadine and Nellie! We had a great time!"
