"Went down for 3 days for a fun weekend. The apartment was perfectly located in easy walking distance to downtown. It was quite comfortable with adequately sized rooms and nice bathrooms. There was a nice common living area and a small balcony over looking the the river. The main drawback was that the kitchen was not very well appointed compared to other apartments we have rented. The only coffee maker was a Keurig. However, we were only there for a few days and there was a decent coffee shot a 5...

"The house was beautiful and clean. The decor was nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. The queen size bunkbeds were not good for adults to use. Our adult kids said they were very squeaky and made a lot of noise. The house was surrounded in a neighborhood where there is a lot of homeless people but the entire condo building is safe and utilized the th latch app and you also just needed to be mindful when walking. "The house was very pretty. Was very clean, loved the decor. The in-house elevator was great getting all the luggage to all the floors. Very cool layout. We loved it. Would highly recommend and will stay there again."

"We brought friends and family to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. The location was great for getting to Broadway. We had no problem getting Ubers. The condo was perfect for our group to hangout when we weren’t downtown. Everyone was very comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the fun rooftop. We came in June and it was hot, but at night the weather was ok for rooftop fun. Highly recommended. Stay Minty was easy to work with and responsive to any requests or questions."

"Home is beautiful & decorated nicely. Location is good, if you can walk a bit over a mile, it’s walkable to Broadway bars. Far enough away from the noise of Broadway but close enough for a short drive or long walk to museums & bars. There is loud construction going on next to the building of these townhomes. So if you’re a light sleeper you won’t be sleeping in on weekdays. Loved having a garage to be able to park especially during the rain. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home."

"We enjoyed our Nashville visit. The house had everything we needed. About 1.5 mile walk to downtown which wasn't too bad. We enjoyed the front porch in the evenings. We would stay there again."

"Great location! Walk to everything downtown and near the unit! Slight issue getting in to the unit, but, excellent immediately helped via phone, only took a few minutes to resolve! Everything else was perfect!"

"I was never able to use the latch app to access building and to share information with my friends. We had to utilize the key pad codes for every building activity. The latch information did not match the information texted to me. I could only access the check out directions from email. I will never utilize the latch app as there was no consistent communication between latch and good nite services"

"The perfect house. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Roof top hot tub was nice in the evenings. Easy to walk from or take a short Uber ride. We all love it."
