"My bride and I had a wonderful weekend here. In fairness, the hotel could use some updates (carpet, paint, etc.), but the rooms are cleaned and maintained well, and regularly over all of the days we were there, and the staff…every one we spoke with…was super courteous and helpful and catered to our needs with excellence. The breakfasts were great, and the manager of those breakfasts was super helpful at all times and always cleaning to make room for new guests with the same exceptional breakfast service. There is plenty of parking in well-lit areas, and the sounds of the occasional train along Route 66 were not too intrusive. The over-all experience with this hotel is that we would definitely stay again."

"This is a fantastic property. Beautiful home with all the amenities and beautiful decor. My crew even caught some awesome catfish and white bass. Million dollar view of Grand Lake and Pensacola Dam. So many food choices nearby from dine in to fast food. I will be back,"

"Breakfast was really good and staff friendly. Parking good and several spots to park. Pool was not open and would have been nice to just sit outside. Only issue was the floor above us (RM107) we could hear a dog running back and forth on floor and early this morning around 6:30am the dog started barking while we were trying to sleep. "
