"Fantastic stay in Cottage Lodge hotel in the centre of Brockenhurst. Warm welcome by the owner on arrival, beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable beds and your own outside space. Great wifi The building is charming and spotlessly clean, all the staff is friendly, smiley and ready to answer your questions. Breakfast was delcious made with quality local products. We look forward to returning!"

"The Richmond was quiet and restful, which was what we were looking for. The room was large and airy, comfortably furnished with plenty of storage space. Breakfast was perfectly cooked with plenty of choice. The owners were friendly and helpful, keen that we enjoy our stay. We would be very happy to stay there again. We were sad that this lovely couple, working hard and doing a great job, have had to take abuse from unreasonable people who expect the service of a 5* hotel from B & B...
