"We were traveling with dogs and given a room with a slider that opened to a nice park to walk the dogs. I wish the park was fenced so the dogs could run around a bit. The room was beautifully maintained, sunny and cheerful. There is an excellent Chinese restaurant right beside the hotel. We walked over and had a wonderful meal. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hot tub was excellent, but the pool was too small. There was a ramp into the pool making access very easy. I would definitely stay here again."

"This lodge was lovely and as advertised. A few minor issues arose but the host was very responsive and an excellent communicator. For those who haven’t visited Whidbey Island, one big advantage of this rental is its central location - close to Keystone-Port Townsend ferry, easy to access places south like Greenbank Farm, parks like Ft. Casey and Ft. Ebey, an outdoor sculpture park just a short drive away, or cafes, restaurants and groceries 10-15 min away in Coupeville. As other reviews noted, the US Navy does do training runs directly overhead. There’s an online schedule, subject to change. We arrived on a Friday, jets flew about 300 feet right over the house every 3-5 minutes from about 3pm-4pm, but then were absent the rest of the long weekend. Extremely loud but fun for an hour; glad it wasn’t longer."

"We absolutely love this beach house!The view, especially the sunsets, are beautiful, and the sound of the waves are soul soothing. Annette is a fantastic host who seems to have thought of everything. The house is really well appointed and very comfortable. The location is also great."

"Great location and the views of the ocean from the house are spectacular. Loved watching the ships of all sizes and purposes from cruise ships to little personal boats. The area is incredibly quiet. House was fully supplied, beds very comfortable and we enjoyed having furniture out on the patio. All in all a 10/10 experience. Would stay again."
