"The staff went above and beyond to accommodate a later checkout as I ran in a marathon that day. This was also, honestly, one of the CLEANEST rooms I've ever stayed in! Only a 2.5 miles from downtown. Would definitely stay again. 👍👍"

"My 3 friends and I LOVED this home! Location is perfect for accessing anywhere in town that you want to go (by vehicle). Just a few minutes away from Duke University and all of the fun downtown hot spots.The house itself is SO cozy. There are fans in each bedroom (which you need in the south). Having 4 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was AMAZING! We had our own "private" space to stretch out when we needed it. The bathrooms are stocked with all the amenities you need, just as you would keep them at your own house. The living area/kitchen and front porch are inviting and cozy, perfect for relaxing and spending time together with friends. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals, but don't miss out on the local eateries - everywhere we ate was DEE-licious! The little touches in the house (such as PLENTY of coffee - again, it's a southern thing) made me feel like I was at home.If you need to stay in Durham, this is the place!"

If I had a question within minutes they respond. I even made friends with the family in unit A. Overall, I would definitely stay again and refer a friend. We noticed the following once we were in the home. - There was a used bath towel left in the upstairs bathroom - There were stains on the ottoman in the orange headboard room - In the upstairs bathroom, the clear shower curtain had heavy dirt stains. Therefore my family cannot wash up there. - The trash bin in the kitchen is broken. It hangs downward when pulled out - There is a brown stain in the freezer. "
