"Very good location and very helpful reception staff and very good chambermaids. Breakfast poor , and doesn’t meet my expectations. Also, the car park is closed as a disabled person, I have to go down the ramp to get a taxi. I have asked the security guard to help me with my luggage and to go down the ramp to get my taxi."

"We had a very good stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Luton Airport after a long day of travelling. We arrived after 1 am due to a delayed flight, but there were still staff available to greet us and check us in, which was much appreciated. The reception area, hotel and room were all exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. They clearly explained the parking charges, how to access our room and how to get to the airport long stay car park. The standout feature for us was the bed. It was large, comfortable and fresh, exactly what you need after a long journey! The only drawback was the limited transport available between the hotel, the airport and the long stay car park, particularly on a Sunday when the options seemed quite restricted. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend the hotel for an overnight stay before or after a flight."

"Parking was decent, direct access from the car up to the room was also helpful especially when travelling with kids. Breakfast was average, shame they only had machine coffee as opposed to a barista onsite, otherwise a decent stay all round."

Best Western Swiss Cottage Hotel

"Our top floor room was large and light filled with windows. The bathroom was large but with wasted space and a very small boxy shower, which was difficult to turn around in. We were there for a week but no dresser was available to store our clothes. The elevator goes to the 3rd floor and we had a flight to climb to get to our room, without assistance with our bags. The hotel is located in a residential area so it was fairly quiet and the train station was nearby."
