"Staff was nice and that’s about it. For what I paid for one night I would have thought there would at least be a continental breakfast or at the very least there should have been the advertised “coffee” in the lobby. There was nothing. The bedspread had stains on them and the air conditioner would not kick on. Upon walking in the room there was an overwhelming smell of bleach. The walls are paper thin as you could hear everything outside of the room. I would say for how much it cost to stay...

"Room was not cleaned adequately. Some small trash on floor; they must have used a dirty, wet rag on the stove and counter which left visible swirls; dirty bathroom sink with hair clippings all over it from a prior guest. Only reason was generous with 2 stars instead of 1 was because the bed appeared clean and was comfortable - for our one-night stay, this was most important factor."

"We recently stayed at Red Roof Inn, and while the room itself was clean, comfortable, and met our expectations, the experience with the staff unfortunately left a lot to be desired. Customer service was disappointing from the start. We were informed that there is an additional charge if you’d like to check out even just one hour later, which felt excessive.
