"Thanks for a fabulous weekend break! Clean, tidy, comfortable beds and plenty of games for the kids. 3minute walk down a track to the sea, ideal for beachy days."

"The stay was good but, the place could have done with a bit more cleaning and airing out. It smelt stale and there were cobwebs in the bedrooms. I fixed the back shower by screwing up the nut so the shower head would stay up. There was a need for better lighting in the kitchen so we replaced the missing light bulb with a bulb from the back bedroom. We left a note on the table for the owner."

"The parking lot is very spacious and the garbage is comfortable. Also, there was a Ruakaka stream in front of the garden, so it was good as a healing point. If there is a heat pump, it will be a recommended accommodation for four seasons that I really want to visit even in hot summer and cold winter."

"Lovely bach, excellent location. Would love to make a suggestion to have some pedestal fans available to use at night for sleeping, it’s such a nice warm bach but unbearable for sleep…….we wished we’d brought our own fans. Also Bachcare sent us the wrong lockbox code but we’re lucky they answered the phone with the first call and rectified the problem. Thankyou to the owners for renting out their home so people like us can have a summer holiday at the best location!!"
