"The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive."

"The flat had everything we needed, parking was especially good, great size parking ideal for our car which is very long. Great location, restaurants, bars, pubs on the doorstep. The metro was a short walk away. Host could not have been more helpful. We'll definitely stay here again when we next visit the area."

We also had issue with our Uber to the apartment as the apartment address does not come up in Google maps correctly. "I booked a suite for 3 and the room was very spacious. The double sofa bed was already set-up when we checked in. Room very well sound-proof, allowing us to have very good sleeps for 3 nights. Air-conditioner was working perfectly, and we were able customize room's temperature to our liking and most importantly, it was quiet. The hotel was 10 min walk from Piccadilly train station and 6 min walk to day tour meeting point. Also breakfast was complimentary which was excellent "

Great hotel with an amazing gym

"This was a really nice hotel! The staff were friendly, and the room was very clean. The highlight for us was the gym. It was much better equipped than most hotel gyms. It had weights (dumbbells and barbells), machines, treadmills, rowing machines, and even a sled. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!"

"Stayed here for a night before an early flight from Manchester airport. They have a shuttle bus but we just walked it as it was easy to terminal 2 once you knew where you were going. Room was great with 2 double beds and we had a good night's sleep. Bathroom really needed some work, the sink enamel was all gone and looked terrible. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good and available from 5.30am which was brilliant for an early flight. Would stay again. "
