"The location is fantastic. Tram is very close. 2min walk. Very fun concept of staying in a train. Staff lovely. The negatives were dragging suitcases up three very long staircases. Also we were in C31 which was supposed to sleep 2 people. No working ladder to the top berth. Bottom bed would maybe sleep two 8 year old kids. Not two adults. Should not be considered a double room. "Great hotel with lovely design features and a comfy and large lobby/bar with free tea and coffee. The central location is brilliant and the staff are friendly and helpful. The building is quite old so it's not always silent (especially near the lifts) but peaceful enough for a good night's sleep."
