"From the moment we got to the entance of the hotel we were greeted and also helped with the checking in. Staff are very helpful and we were given the best room and was so spacious. Nothing to fault and cant wait to come back and stay here again very soon. Location is spot on and everything on the door step. The hotel even looked after our luggage after we checked out and I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveller."

"The location of this hotel is amazing! You step outside the lobby and see the London Bridge. The room was pleasant enough and comfortable. I have to comment on the shower and how outdated it is. I don’t like the half shower door because all the water ends on the floor. Its height makes it extremely difficult and uncomfortable to enter and exit. "

"Friendly, helpful staff. I walk with a stroller, they were there to open doors before I even go near them. Very clean and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m GF but that wasn’t a problem either. Food was excellent, large variety. Would recommend "
