"Breakfast was good. Some areas need more updating. Looks like it was a converted other property. One of the front desk woman was short tempered. Overall fine for the price."

"The place is great and we will always stay there when in Appleton. The only gripe (if there is one) is there is no divider (other than a half wall) between the bedroom and den/living room in the suite. If someone is sleeping in the bedroom and someone else is watching tv or something in the den/living room, it's not convenient for whoever is trying to sleep because the light is coming right into the bedroom."

"The rooms were clean and the beds/pillows were good. We did have breakfast on the Baymont side due to renovations on the Travel Lodge side, so not sure how much that actually affects breakfast. Breakfast at the Baymont provided a variety of options, and fairly standard. The floors were laminate and felt a bit funny, but that might be due to the cleaning solutions they used. Overall, good stay for the price point."

"The smart TV was not very smart. It was EXTREMELY difficult to navigate the guide feature to find desired channels. There was no printed channel guide either. A staff person tried to figure out the guide feature, but was unsuccessful."

"What was good-clean and we could use some of the amenities! What was tough-our room was really narrow at the entrance. It was hard to maneuver the cart around for us experienced people. However, I was very close to the elevator, which I had asked for!"

"The Super 8 in Appleton was nice. The hotel is dated, but was very quiet, appeared to be rather clean. The bed was comfortable. The only negative is that initially when we walked into our room it smelled of old cigarette smoke, but that smell dissipated very quickly and was NOT on our clothing when we left the room. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay there again."
