"Very nice stay at the hotel. Very quirky-shaped building, and the room we stayed in was very compact, but very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, and really close to the old town in Wetzlar. Would definitely recommend a stay there to experience such a historical location."

"Great WiFi, clean room, helpful staff, wonderful selection at breakfast. Pool was lovely, towels available there. Outdoor seating was relaxing after a day of walking around the city. I wish they varied their selection of beers in the cooler as I find Jever too bitter. Bitburger or Licher preferred. Overall, a great experience and we would book there the next time we visit Gießen."

"I had a single room, which was spacious enough for me and well equipped, the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean, only the minibar was not cold enough. Quiet location, breakfast and staff were amazing, secure parking inside and wonderful historical building in the heart of town, so I'll be happy to come again..."

"The room was spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice. The building has a lovely traditional, older feel, which works really well in the restaurant, reception and hallways. I do feel the rooms, particularly the bathroom, could benefit from a little update while still keeping the character of the hotel. We were really looking forward to the city view, as this was included in the room description when we booked. Unfortunately, our room was on the other side of the building, so we didn’t get the view we were expecting."

"A very beautiful forrest home in the woods. Wonderful location and beautiful forrest garden.The facilitations in the house are good. It has everything you need. All the wood gives a nice atmosphere. We stayed with 3 children and they also liked the house, the garden and the Playstation The owners are very kind and helpful. We had some issues during our stay but the conciërge came that same day. She was also very friendly.There are some things in the house that could have been approved. We understand that it's more easy to see when you live in a house. Thats why we left some feedback in the end. Unfortanately we didn't get any response."

"The A-C was top notch as we were traveling during a heat wave and needed that. Luggage storage however seemed non-existent so don't think one can pick up bags later in day after check-out."
