"Staff was excellent. Breakfast was okay. The room was freezing and hard to maintain a good temperature. Upgrades were being made at the hotel, so sometimes it was a little noisy but understandably so. I'm hoping that upgrades are also going to be done in the bathrooms. The pool was freezing and even after letting staff know the temperature never got up where it could be used and enjoyed. Parking was terrible, there were only two handicap parking spaces available for a six story hotel. I found that to be unacceptable. Beds and bedding were old and uncomfortable, again hoping that this is part of the upgrades. Little to no space for clothing, it was difficult when staying for more than a couple of days. We were there two weeks. Refrigerator had no freezer in it and no microwave."

"First the marriot Ko Olina property is incredible great staff, great place to stay had so much fun at this resort We were a bit upset the main pool had construction going on took out walkways no bar by pool or access to slide ,and it was so loud couldn't enjoy yourself by pools anyway a heads up would have been great i do construction last thing I want to hear while relaxing is a concrete saw !!!The Room we got had not much to be desired we were put in the furthest back building in the furthest corner studio 8th floor over looking the parking lot ,room was fine not a lot of room not recommended for more than 2 ,the outdoor patio was like a little dungeon not much light and looked like it needed a new update of paint and cleaning Again room was fine no frills would definitely stay at this property again would definitely look into diffrent room type and building Thanks"

"Right from the start, communication with Julie was super easy and quick.When we arrived (which was 5am our home time), we got a little mixed up (100% our fault and nothing to do with our host or rental), Jen who was looking out for us in Hawaii was on top of everything. She solved MY mix up immediately (thank you Jen ).The rental was absolutely beautiful. The beds were SO COMFY (and I'm picky). The entire unit was tastefully decorated, with all the comforts of home. The air conditioning was a major plus for our senior travelling companions. We truly hated to leave.Ko'Olina is far enough away, yet close enough to the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. From start to finish, this rental is a 5 Star choice!!! Will 100% rent again!!Thank you Julie and Jen for ALL of your hospitality.Cheers from Canada!! "

"Beautiful Grounds, but Marred by Timeshare Tactics and Poor Food The Atmosphere & Grounds I’ll start with the positives: the grounds are immaculate and the rooms are well-appointed. The staff is clearly well-trained in managing large crowds, and for those seeking a high-energy vacation club environment, this may be a dream. The Service Experience However, my experience was deeply disappointing. We booked this stay to break up a long journey from Thailand and New Zealand and to mark our 40th wedding anniversary. After a grueling red-eye flight, we were looking for the resort experience one expects at this price point. Instead, we felt "trapped" in a perpetual sales pitch. When we sought technical assistance with the resort’s app at the welcome desk, we weren't given a solution; instead, we were met with a misleading high-pressure invitation to a timeshare presentation. I would never have booked this location had it been clearly disclosed that the priority here is timeshare sales rather than guest relaxation. Dining & Health Issues The logistical hurdles with the app meant we missed out on reservations for the main restaurant. We turned to the pool grill, where I ordered a BBQ sandwich that arrived dry and burnt. Regrettably, I ate it anyway—an error that cost me the next two days of my trip due to illness. Final Verdict While the property is physically beautiful, the "hotel food" warnings I received were an understatement, and the aggressive sales culture ruined it."

"This was the most amazing resort and vacation. I was nervous about spending so much money (having not done Vrbo more than a few times before). It was absolutely worth every penny. Gorgeous ocean and pool views (full lagoon). Trip of a lifetime and I would do it all over again and highly recommend. Easy process with the host and absolutely flawless trip because it all went so smoothly. "
