"I go there so often , when ever I visit Essen , the last check in room number #260 the bed are not comfortable,
it seam to be over used and has slope in the middle because for sure over used and getting old ( Need to be replaced) since I feels the Spring metal touching my back when I was trying to have sleep .
Was not a comfortable night at all"

"Plus points are very comfortable beds and great shower/wet-room. Reception staff were nice but the staff in the breakfast room were the loveliest.
Great location for the station, easy walking to city centre and to Opera, Philharmonie and Folkwang Museum (and a pleasant stroll to the cafes, restaurants and shops further south).
