"everything about our stay was great except the actual check in process. they aeemed unable to find our prepaid reservation at first and then ince they found it therr was some confusion about prepayment/deposit that the clerk did his best to straighten out but the supervisors he reached out to were quite curt to both the clerk and to me. they seemed annoyed with him although they also atruggled to fix the problem. it was not a good start to our stay. ince we got checked in (approximately 20 minutes) everything else was excellent. "

"We got there around 1:39 am so we si tired , we just want to rest but we found a underwear yes a underwear we tired so we wait until the morning but they didn’t care .. so weird.. or maybe cuz I’m Hispanic idk I hope is not for that .. The room was clean do . If I stay again yes but if a found something like that I will camplaim then .. "

"Updated rooms and friendly owners / staff. Location could be better – lots of folks roaming the sidewalks – but the owners have gone to great lengths to make sure that the property itself feels safe, with multiple security cameras and a well-lit parking lot. Rooms are well-insulated from road noise, A/C is fantastic, and make-your-own waffles for breakfast were a nice touch."
