"The staff are professional and personable The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel could use an update but I think that is the same for all the older properties in Albuquerque. It’s not the properties fault but there are a few homeless individuals hanging out and sleeping in the area but I didn’t feel they were dangerous just part of a national problem. "

"Customer service needs work. The guy that checked me in was not very friendly and no smile. The night gal was very nice and called to check if everything was ok."
