Aug 27, 201926 mile Great Western Greenway bike ride was excellent experience. Rent a bike in Westport and they will shuttle you to Achill Island.

Jul 23, 2019We loved Westport, with its many music pubs and good restaurants. Westport House is worth a visit. It is easy to explore the nearby attractions (Ashford Castle, Lough Corrib, Cong). Great place to stay in Mayo!

Jun 25, 2019Nice area. Actually walked back from the pub to the hotel at dusk. Felt safe the entire time. Was even stopped by a guy asking me if I needed directions. The Irish are really nice people.
