"The room , food, the staff customer service but especially one of the staff members named Abigayle she worked at the front desk reservations dept. She was a gem went up and beyond. I booked another night for pleasure and the rates were very good especially for a last minute added day. I recommend the Turkey sandwich for dinner and avocado toast for breakfast. There's also so much to do as far as amenities at the Greenwich location. Im definitely coming back soon. Overall great experience even though it was for a buisness conference"
