Whether you're visiting with the kids or another couple, or just enjoying a romantic escape for two, this waterfront getaway is a perfect option for beachgoers. Inside, prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, dine at the nearby table for four, and then take a seat in the living area to watch some TV. And outside, enjoy the view and the salty sea breezes off your balcony, or take a short walk over to the beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Very mixed results!

The unit was well equipped and with quality amenities and a very comfortable, clean interior.Extremely difficult entry/locking issues leaving us "trapped" in our unit during whole stay, fireplace not working, no prior notice of all day construction ongoing immediately next to and directly across from ocean view.

Love watching the deer

We enjoyed our walks on the beach and loved walking to the Marina through the State Park for the BEST fresh fish and chips. The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful if we had any questions. We will stay there again in the future.

Westport Stay

Everything was good but the two frying pans need to be replaced. The teflon flakes covered our omelets and we had to thrown them in the trash. Would be nice if some basic condiments were available like sugar, powdered creamer, ketchup mustard, etc. The carpet had some bad stains when we arrived and we sent pictures to the Vacasa sit.Thank you.

worst experience ever

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I WANT MY MONEY BACK, the tv didn't work, the towels were washed and folded and store soaking wet (mildewy), and there was a small amount of toilet paper and it ran out. i called several times, and texted several times, yesterday at around 2:30 pm from a supervisor, but by that time we were done. about an hour later even though i had contacted vasacasa numerous times since we had arrived on friday night, and had spoken to 3 other staff, so at around 3:30 yesterday, someone left toilet paper and clean towels for us, but we were already packed up and leaving a day early, as the stay was the WORST EVER. And then the bed was so soft that when you sat down it sank a foot. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, AND I PLAN TO CALL THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AS THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE THE WAY YOU RUN YOUR BUSINESS. I EXPECT A RESPONSE AND MY MONEY BACK. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, AND WE TRAVAL OFTEN.

Great location and beautiful beach. However, we couldn't sleep due to dirty/smelly blankets and only 2 on hand for 4 people. contacted property, they couldn't provide additional and asked us to wash the ones in the room. Promised to issue a refund, but didn't know when nor how much.... still no response after check out....

PROBLEMS

couldn't get the door unlocked ...took over an hour waiting by the door to get someone there to help. no instructions on what the wifi password was, how to operate the fireplace (which we never did get to use) there was no hairdryer or hangers ( we had to go buy them)

Nice Unit

No directions for locating unit in what building as buildings are not marked. This unit is nicely decorated but not visually clean as carpet had many stains. Unit odor was overpowering when we opened the door. Discovered source as microwave vents covered in thick grease. Cleaned that and it helped with some greasy smell remaining when micro powered. Window blind in bedroom was broken and reported to VACASA. Bath was very very slippery so used a towel in bottom. Kitchen needs cutting board, functioning can opener and dish rag/sponge. Other than these distractions unit has nice view of ocean and is short walk to state park beach walk and the beach. Unfortunately the la class of maintenance for our comfort will most likely check out other units in future.

Condo by the sea

The property was as advertised. Not unobstructed, but nice view of the beach and the surf. Closed to walking trails and just a few steps to a stroll on the beach with fresh sea breezes. The condo seemed to be adequately equipped as we found everything we need to prepare all of our meals while there. The bed seemed firm but that was to our liking. The complex is quiet and while many residents had dogs which they walked regularly, there was little barking and pets were well picked up after. I would recommend this unit to anyone wishing a comfortable and pleasant surf and sand experience.
