The staff were brilliant, extremely pleasant - very attentive and personal. We experienced a slight miscommunication between the hotel and spa on our last day, but the staff at the spa did their best to accommodate. Would highly recommend both hotel and spa for a relaxing break."

"Fantastic stay, great staff. Ala, the team manager and staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. Lovely to see happy staff who enjoy their work and nothing was to much trouble for them. Ala, as soon as he greeted us and heard that we were Welsh, he actually said a few Welsh words to us! Very impressive 😃 Great hotel and very relaxing, in the centre of the hub. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. A special shoutout to Allen at reception, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and made check-in seamless. He answered all my questions with a smile and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. At the bar, Belle and Ashwin were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and made the bar feel like a relaxed, welcoming place to unwind after a long day. Their service was top-notch, and their warm personalities really stood out. Overall, a great stay made even better by the amazing team. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Watford! "
